Before and After – Combined Treatment
8 Microveneers on the Upper Arch
Invisalign Orthodontics + Crown Lengthening + Microveneers to Mask Enamel and Dentin Discoloration
After completing the orthodontic treatment, we scanned the patient’s mouth using a 3D iTero photographic scanner (middle image).
On this 3D image, the new anatomy of both the gums and the future microveneers was digitally designed.
Once the final designs were approved, we proceeded with the crown lengthening treatment. A few months later, once the gums were fully stabilized, the microveneers were placed.

4 Microveneers on the Upper Arch
Invisalign Orthodontics + Microveneers
After completing the Invisalign orthodontic treatment, we take the next step toward the perfect smile. Using a high-precision 3D photographic scanner, iTero, we capture a detailed image of the patient’s mouth (as shown in the central image).
From this 3D image, the new anatomy for the future microveneers is digitally designed, ensuring they fit perfectly with the dental structure and meet the patient’s aesthetic expectations.
Once the final designs are approved, we proceed with the placement of the microveneers, achieving a smile that combines harmony, functionality, and beauty.
This comprehensive process was performed on a 32-year-old patient, who now enjoys a transformed smile, the result of advanced technology and cutting-edge aesthetic techniques.

In this lateral view, corresponding to the same patient from the previous image, the effectiveness of the treatment is clearly visible. The Invisalign orthodontic treatment has successfully corrected the canine and lateral incisor, aligning them precisely and harmoniously with the rest of the dentition.
Additionally, the redesign of the incisors has been carried out with a detailed focus on dental anatomy, ensuring that the edges, volumes, and shapes integrate naturally. The four microveneers placed show excellent integration in both appearance and color, achieving perfect harmony with the adjacent natural teeth.
Before and After – Combined Treatment
This patient, who originally had crowns placed at 49 years old in another dental center, decided at 64 years old to reconsider replacing them. Over time, the previous crowns no longer met his aesthetic or functional expectations.
Before proceeding with the replacement, treatments were carried out to address gum issues, ensuring a healthy foundation for the new smile design. Later, the patient requested a complete smile redesign, taking advantage of advancements in dental materials.
The current materials offer superior aesthetics, thanks to their ability to reflect light, more realistic transparency, and dental anatomy that more accurately mimics the natural look of teeth. The result is a smile that is not only more attractive but also integrates seamlessly with the patient’s overall appearance.
Now, at 65 years old, the patient enjoys a renewed smile that combines health, functionality, and a more natural, youthful appearance.

Total Opacity Veneers – Combined Treatment with Veneers and Implant Crown
For patients with significant color defects in enamel or dentin, we perform Total Opacity Veneer treatments.
We scan the patient’s mouth using a high-precision 3D iTero photographic scanner.
From this 3D image, we digitally design the new anatomy of the future microveneers and the implant crown, which is visible on the upper left lateral incisor.
Once the final designs are approved, we proceed with the placement of the microveneers and the crown.
Patient is 49 years old.
Before and After
In this case, veneers have been the perfect solution to address two main issues.
The first is the presence of enamel defects, which affected both the aesthetics and dental health. The second issue is a collapsed bite, which compromised the functionality and proper alignment of the teeth.
This is a particularly interesting and satisfying case, where we used veneers for the anterior sector, improving the appearance of the visible teeth when smiling. For the posterior sectors, where more resistance and functionality are required, we opted for porcelain inlays, ensuring a durable and aesthetically harmonious solution.
The 38-year-old patient now enjoys a renewed smile, where both form and function have been effectively and elegantly restored.
Before and After
Veneer Redesign
A 29-year-old patient suffered dental trauma to the upper anterior sector.
After undergoing treatments at other centers and being dissatisfied with the result, she came to our clinic to redesign the veneers she had received. The patient provided numerous photos of her teeth before the trauma to help explain the result she desired, which was essentially to recover her original smile. She actively participated in the digital design phase, and several mockups were created to achieve the design precision she needed.
Patient is 31 years old.
Veneers with MockUp Before and After
In the first appointment, we conducted several diagnostic tests to fully understand the patient’s situation. During this initial consultation, the patient expressed their aesthetic needs and expectations, allowing us to personalize the treatment according to their desires.
We then proceeded to perform a 3D scan of the anatomy of their teeth and gums, capturing an accurate image that would serve as the foundation for the entire process. Using this image, we developed a Digital Smile Design (DSD), which allowed us to plan and visualize how the final smile would look before starting the treatment.
In the top image, we can see the patient’s initial state, highlighting the areas that need intervention. The middle image overlays the digital design of the future veneers onto the current state, providing a preview of the expected result. Finally, in the bottom image, the final result is shown, where the veneers have been placed, achieving a transformation that meets both the aesthetic and functional expectations of the patient.
This case involves a 52-year-old patient who now enjoys a renewed smile, carefully designed to enhance their appearance and confidence.
